Living Proud has provided support to LGBTIQA+SB (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Asexual, Sistergirl, Brotherboy and other sexuality, gender, and bodily diverse) people and communities in WA for over 40 years. We are the longest running organisation of our kind in the Southern Hemisphere.

This was a great event that explored the intersectionality of LGBTIQA+ and multicultural communities. As a community-based organisation Living Proud relies on its membership base! Our membership gives us our community mandate. It is also an important source of income for us.
Our services rely on volunteers. We are keen to hear from people up for the challenges and benefits that volunteering can bring.
We rely on the generosity of our supporters to make a difference. We work towards equal health and wellbeing of LGBTIQA+SB people in WA. We do this in various ways:
