Whether you’re joining as an individual or as a volunteering your membership helps strengthen Living Proud and our work across the community.
Why become a Living Proud member?
Membership is more than supporting an organisation. It gives you an opportunity to have a voice in Living Proud and contribute to an organisation that has supported LGBTIQA+SB communities in Western Australia for over 50 years. Your membership helps us continue delivering initiatives including QLife, Pride in Respect CONNECT, community engagement and support, education and LGBTIQA+ inclusion training.

ORDINARY MEMBER
$30.00 / year
For individuals who support Living Proud’s mission and want to be actively involved in our organisation.
Your membership includes:
- Voting rights
- Invitations to Living Proud events
- Discounts on selected Living Proud training
- Access to selected merchandise
- Living Proud newsletters and updates
- Nominate for a Board position
ASSOCIATE MEMBER
FREE
For young people aged 16–17 years who want to support Living Proud and become involved in our community.
Your membership includes:
- Invitations to Living Proud events
- Discounts on selected Living Proud training
- Access to selected merchandise
- Living Proud newsletters and updates
Please note that Associate Members cannot join the Board.
VOLUNTEER MEMBER
FREE
Available exclusively to current Living Proud volunteers.

LIFE MEMBER
FREE For Life
Life Membership recognises individuals who have made a significant contribution to Living Proud and is awarded at the discretion of the Living Proud Board.
Life Members receive the same benefits as Ordinary Members, with membership provided free for life and have the right to nominate for a position on the Board*.
*If the Life Member is an active volunteer, they cannot nominate for the Board.
