Events Volunteers
Volunteering with Living Proud is a great way to get involved and connect with community. Whether it’s a community stall, a local school event, or lending a hand at Perth Pride Fest.
Our Events Volunteers can be responsible for:
- Travelling to Events, assisting with Event Set-up and Pack-down
- Designing merchandise and giveaways
- Engaging with local community and promoting our services
- Assisting in the coordination of interactive elements of our stalls
- Co-designing and Coordinating our float in the Perth Pride Parade
To be an Events Volunteer you must have a current Police Check and Working with Children Check. To volunteer for events, please email: volunteerco@livingproud.org.au
Office Volunteers
Are you someone who likes being behind the scenes but still wants to make a real impact? Volunteering in the Living Proud office is a great place to start.
As an office volunteer you would help us keep things running smoothly. You be supporting admin tasks, organising resources or contributing to our day-to-day running. All this lets us deliver the programs, events and community support services.
Your time and attention will support us to show up for LGBTIQA+SB communities across WA.
You will gain practical skills and build confidence in a supportive environment. And become part of a team working towards safer, more inclusive communities.
Every task you take on helps create the foundation for meaningful change. Would like to volunteer at our office?
Please send through your current resume, police and working with children check to: volunteerco@livingproud.org.au
