Perth Hornets

Established in 2018 , the Perth Hornets AFL Club currently have a member base of 50 active members, continuing to grow every season. With the ambition to support both social and competitive members, our mission is to be well respected and sought after as a safe space within the LGTBQIA+ community for people of any skill level with a common interest in AFL. Training is held at our home ground at Empire Reserve, Wembley Downs on Monday nights from August through to April, where we learn skills based on AFL9s rules and compete in Spring and Summer seasons of AFL9s competitions.

Perth Rainbow Toastmaster Club is specifically for members, friends, family and supporters of the LGBTQIA+ community. Perth Rams Rugby Union Football Team

Founded in 2018, the Perth Rams are Western Australia’s inclusive Rugby Union club, proudly representing a predominantly LGBTQIA+ membership. Perth White Pointers

The Perth White Pointers are WA’s first LGBTIQ+ Inclusive Water Polo Team. Formed in 2017 under the Phantoms Water Polo club, the Perth White Pointers have welcomed over 50 members who regularly train and compete at various skill levels. Our players have represented Perth at international LGBTIQ+ events including the 2018 Paris Gay Games, 2019 IGLA New York and 2020 IGLA Melbourne. Locally, we compete in the WA state league and run a Monday night social competition over the summer.

PFLAG+ Australia is a volunteer-based organisation, mostly run by parents and loved ones of those who are gender diverse or sexually diverse. Our organisation is not affiliated with any political or religious group and relies on grants and donations to provide support to the LGBTIQ+ community and their loved ones.
