Specialist Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence Team Leader – LGBTIQA+SB Communities
Living Proud’s Pride in Respect (PiR): Specialist Support Service is a partnership with Ruah Community Services. We deliver frontline support to LGBTIQA+SB people experiencing family, domestic and sexual violence (FDSV). Our team are all members of the LGBTIQA+SB community who have specialist knowledge of FDSV.
Our service takes a holistic and person-centred approach to supporting service users. Services include: risk assessment, safety planning, advocacy, resources and information, referral pathways and secondary consultation.
Living Proud is seeking a Team Leader to join the Pride in Respect program.
The Role is
- Full time
- SACS Award level 6.1
- Annual salary + salary packaging
- Based inner Perth area
The Successful Candidate Will
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence sector.
- Demonstrated experience in client service delivery and case management support.
- Possess strong risk assessment skills.
- Possess excellent communication and relationship management skill.
- Possess knowledge of the nuanced experience of family, domestic and sexual violence for LGBTIQA+SB people.
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work or related discipline
