It is based on how to improve inclusion, team and customer retention and be a better employer with a higher level of LGBTIQ+ understanding

Living Proud has developed variations of the training for different sectors (corporate, disability, AOD, etc.).

AWAREness -Opening Closets Training Aims To:

  • Assist organisations working towards sustained and embedded organisational change
  • Assist organisations in achieving LGBTIQ+ accreditation standards
